HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED WITH A RENTAL?
On average, it takes 1 hour for 2 people to play a round. With that in mind, we don't set a limit. We just ask you to be respectful of the other group.
DO YOU HOST BIRTHDAY PARTIES? WORK PARTIES?
We would love to host your work or birthday party! Reach out to us via email, thebacknineiowa@gmail.com, and we will help plan the best party!
CAN I BRING IN FOOD AND DRINKS?
As a self-serve business, we allow you to bring in our own drinks and food into the facility. We just ask that food and drinks stay off the simulator floor and you clean up after yourselves when you leave.
CAN I BOOK A SESSION 60 DAYS FROM NOW?
We would be happy to work with you if you need a certain day booked that's further out than 30 days - just reach out to us!
I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE SIMULATORS. CAN YOU HELP?
We totally understand and would love to help! We meet everyone for their first session to ensure they are comfortable with the software. If you need additional assistance - please don't hesitate to reach out.
